How to use LitBuy, from product link to delivered parcel

Before you start

Create your account with invite code COCO so it's eligible for the new-user shipping coupons. The code only works during registration; our LitBuy invite code guide shows where it goes. Register on LitBuy with code COCO.

Ordering through LitBuy step by step

1. Find the item and copy its link

Find the product on a marketplace LitBuy supports and copy the product page URL.

2. Paste the link into LitBuy

Paste it into LitBuy's search bar. LitBuy loads the listing so you can pick the size, colour and quantity.

3. Pay for the items

Add the item to your cart and pay for it. This first payment covers the item price and domestic delivery to LitBuy's warehouse. Your new-user coupons are not used here.

4. Wait for warehouse arrival and check the photos

When the item arrives, LitBuy photographs it. Check the photos carefully before you ship; this is your chance to spot a wrong size or colour.

5. Submit your parcel and choose a shipping line

Select the items you want shipped together and choose a shipping line. Combining several items into one parcel usually costs less per item. The LitBuy shipping guide explains why.

6. Apply a coupon and pay for shipping

On the shipping payment page, select one coupon from your account. This is where the new-user discount of up to 40% applies. Then pay and track the parcel from your account.

Common first-order mistakes

• Registering without the invite code. It can't be added later, so new-user coupons are lost.
• Shipping one item at a time. Each parcel has its own shipping cost, so small parcels often cost more per item.
• Letting coupons expire. Check the expiry date on each coupon in your account and plan your first parcel around it.
• Skipping the warehouse photos. Problems are much easier to fix before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
