How LitBuy shipping is priced
You pay for shipping when you submit a parcel from the warehouse, separately from the items. The price depends on:
- Weight. Heavier parcels cost more. Shoes and their boxes add up quickly.
- Size. Bulky but light parcels can be charged by volume rather than actual weight.
- Destination. Prices and available lines differ by country.
- Shipping line. Express lines are faster and usually cost more than economy lines.

Getting the most from a shipping coupon
A percentage coupon saves more on a bigger shipping bill, and each coupon has a minimum spend. Both point the same way: combine items into one parcel rather than shipping them one by one.
- Let several items arrive at the warehouse before you ship.
- Submit them together as one parcel.
- Compare shipping lines for that parcel.
- Select the coupon that gives the biggest discount, then pay.
Check the expiry date on your coupons first. Waiting to fill a parcel only pays off if the coupon is still valid when you ship.
Customs and import charges
Import charges are set by your country and the EU, not by LitBuy, and a shipping coupon doesn't reduce them. If you live in the EU, a parcel from China can now carry three charges: VAT at your country's rate, a €3 customs duty for each type of item in a parcel worth up to €150 (since 1 July 2026), and a €2 EU handling fee for each type of item (since 1 November 2026). Your carrier may add its own clearance fee, and some shipping lines include these charges in the price.
