LitBuy QC checklist for warehouse photos
When your items reach LitBuy's warehouse, they're photographed before you ship. Use this checklist to go through the photos properly, and ask for more if something isn't clear.
Why QC photos matter
QC (quality control) photos are your only look at an item before it leaves the warehouse. Problems such as a wrong size, a missing item or a defect are far easier to sort out with the seller while the item is still in China than after it has been shipped to you and through customs.
If something is wrong
- Wrong size or colour: contact LitBuy support before shipping and ask about an exchange or return with the seller.
- Unclear photos: ask for close-ups or measurements with the message above.
- Defects: returns depend on the seller accepting them, so raise it as early as possible.
Check sizes against the seller's chart with the size converter, and once everything passes, estimate your parcel with the shipping cost calculator.
