LitBuy package tracker
Paste the tracking number from your LitBuy parcel. The tracker checks the number, tells you which carrier it probably belongs to and opens live tracking on 17TRACK, which follows the parcel across carriers and countries.
Where to find your LitBuy tracking number
Once your parcel has shipped, open it in your LitBuy account, on the website or in the app. The tracking number is in the parcel details. It's issued by the carrier of the shipping line you chose, so it doesn't look like a LitBuy order number.
Many lines hand the parcel to a local carrier in your country for the last part of the journey. That carrier sometimes adds its own number. 17TRACK usually shows both in the same history, and the local number is the one to use if you need to arrange delivery.
What tracking updates usually mean

| Held by customs or charges due | Customs needs a payment or more information before releasing the parcel. | Pay only through the carrier's official website or app. |
| Out for delivery | The local carrier is delivering the parcel today. | Make sure someone can receive it, or choose a pickup point. |
Fake "customs fee" texts and emails are common. Don't pay through a link in a message you weren't expecting. Open the carrier's site yourself and check the parcel there.
Tracking not updating?
- The parcel only just shipped. Numbers often show "not found" for the first few days, until the carrier scans the parcel.
- The number has a typo. International postal numbers have a check digit. If the tracker warns you about it, copy the number again from your LitBuy account.
- The parcel changed carrier. After the handover, updates may only appear under the local carrier's number.
- It's stuck at customs. Check the expected charges with the EU import fee calculator and look for a message from the carrier.
- Nothing has changed for a couple of weeks. Contact LitBuy support with your parcel number. They can check with the shipping line.
